Compost Joe's

Starting April 1, 2011 Compost Joe’s will be opening to accept grass clippings, leaves and brush from area commercial landscapers.  The 2011 season  starts April 1 and will last until mid October 2011.  Commercial landscapers will have a nominal dump (tip) fee varied by the size of the truck and trailer load.  

 Each landscaper will have the opportunity to set up a commercial account with Compost Joe’s.  Benefits of a commercial account will be a reduced dump (tip) fee and easy monthly billing.  Landscapers that do not set up a commercial account will have a higher dump (tip) fee and C.O.D only.  

C.O.D fee is $25.00 per truck and per trailer.  Commerical accounts start at $15.00 and vary by truck size.

Compost Joe’s will only accept the following materials; grass clippings, leaves and brush.  Grass and leaves need to be a separate load from brush.  Mixed loads will be charged double.  

The Compost Joe’s collection site will be open from 7:00am- 10:00am and 4:00pm -7:00pm Monday- Friday.  Appointments can be made for alternative times.   

 We are located with easy access to Highway 41 and County Road N exit 106.
